Audition Prep
Do you have an audition coming up and you don’t know where to begin?
I offer sliding scale rates to help prepare you for in-person or self-tape auditions. My goal is to make sure you feel you understand the material, discover how to make it your own, and feel confident going into the audition room (even if it’s your living room).
This includes setting goals, script analysis, setting up/framing, mental prep, and filming!

Script Analysis
Help me put my Acting BFA to good use!
I studied Practical Aesthetics with one of the founders of the Atlantic Theater Company and I love to geek out over character spines, themes, tactics, personalization, and other acting/dramaturgical tools.
This offering includes but is not limited to analyzing scenes, plays, songs, scores, and Shakespeare texts.

Dialect Coaching
Let’s talk turkey! (or Turkish?)
As a English-second-language diva, I have always been a student of words and dialects. I was blessed to train with incredible speech, text, and dialect coaches who armed me with fundamental tools to tackle new dialects and idiolects.
This can be audition-specific or a general venture into learning and perfecting a new dialect.

Let me introduce you to my alter-ego, Teacher Diego. As Tch. Diego, I have the privilege of leading classrooms full of kids and teens in adventurous artistic undertakings, where we learn performance skills, self-expression, and the power of community.
I have been coaching performers since 2018 and have grown my practice to include adults (ages 18-60 so far), students on the Autism spectrum, non-performers seeking to develop public speaking skills, and youth ages 4-17. I have been a Resident Teaching Artist with Chicago Children’s Theatre since June of 2025, and have since taught programs/classes through Chicago Public Schools, the University of Chicago, and various theater companies across the country.
Through my work, I have devised original plays and musicals, led workshops and educational panels, and grown to consider teaching one of the most fruitful aspects of my artistic career.
Through teaching, I also discovered my love of devising and directing, which are skills I am hungry to expand and gain experience in. So if you need an assistant director in Chicago or looking for a deviser/composer, fill out the form below to contact me!
